Matilda loves to read books and her parents think she should watch more Tv instead, they think reading is a complete waste of time. Her Dad is a unpleasant man and always growls her! Well her mum is just completely dumb she just sits around the whole day just doing random things. Her parents underestimate how brainy Matilda is. Miss honey Matilda`s teacher is very sweet to her and thinks she is a very brainy kid. But when she's got a horrible headmistress it doesn't help! Miss Honey and Matilda try sneaky tricks to get rid of the head mistress.
